Shipping and Handling Charges
We utilize FedEx, UPS and Priority or First Class Mail for domestic ground shipments. Items too large for UPS, Fed Ex, Priority or First Class Mail will be shipped via LTL (Less Then Load) Freight. Our shipping & handling charges are a flat rate of $5.99 at this time.
Note: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees. LTL items cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states.
If you are receiving your order at a business address please include the business name on the second address line provided.
Next Day Air or Second Day Air services are available to most locations in the United States for an additional charge. For price & availability in your area by contacting a customer service representative
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes only when using Priority Mail service or First Class Mail service. A street address is also required.
Note: Orders are not delivered to P.O. Boxes on Government holidays. They will be delivered the next business day. Government holidays include: New Year’s Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Birthday of George Washington, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
All orders which arrive in broken or damaged boxes should be noted with the delivery driver if possible. Contact a customer service representative for information about receiving a replacement if your order is damaged or missing parts. All claims must be made within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
Shipping quotes for all international orders will be e-mailed to you in advance for your approval. Once approval is received your order will ship from our facility in 2-3 business days. Transit time to you will depend on your location. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties.
Please Note: To Receive Credit for the Merchandise:
- All Returns must be requested within 10 Business Days of the receipt of the product to the address on the invoice. All orders must be returned prepaid (No COD packages will be accepted). You may request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting a customer service representative. The RMA number must be referenced on the package.
- Returned items must be in new and resalable condition and in the original package. Any item that is not in new & resalable condition will be scrapped and no credit will be issued
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or a $3.00 restocking fee
- Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase
- Please allow 10-15 days for processing your credit once your return shipment is received
- To track your return shipment you will need to retain the package tracking number. Again, please allow 10-15 business days, from the date we receive the package to process your credit
